Car Show 2023 Vendor Registration Form

Our event has expanded to include Friday Night Entertainment in addition to the Saturday Show. On Friday Night partici- pants will be able to pre-register and enjoy entertainment at Legion Park. General Schedule for Saturday is – cars will start arriving around 6AM with Registration opening at 8 AM The Arlington Farmers Market will be at Legion Park through out the day. At 3 PM Awards will be announced and the show will officially end at 4 PM. We hope you can Join us!

• Vendor Registration fee (10 x 10 space) :
  • $75.00($40.00 DABA Member)
• Vendor Set up time is 7 to 9 AM Saturday Vendor must provide own tents, tables and power. (limited locations with power are on a reserved first basis) Vendors must tear down by 4:30PM.
• Vendor spaces are located in the Merchants Parking Lot in the 300 block of N. Olympic & and a few sites to be located randomly along N. Olympic Ave.
• Handwashing station and bathroom facilities will be available in the Merchants Parking Lot , The Innovation Center and Parking Lots in the 500 Block of Olympic and at Legion Park.
• Food Vendors Please bring your health card and business license with you.
